Renew Indianapolis is pleased to welcome Stephanie Quick as our new Director of Real Estate Development. Stephanie will lead the organization in developing, initiating, and implementing real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
For more than 10 years, Stephanie has worked in all facets of real estate development for not-for-profit, private, and government agencies with a focus on development, construction, affordable housing, and financing.
Prior to joining Renew Indianapolis, Stephanie was the Director and Vice President of Insight Development Corporation, where she secured a mix of financing and oversaw construction activities for affordable housing developments in distressed areas.
Born and raised in Indianapolis, Stephanie attended high school at Northwest High School and received a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs degree from Indiana University. Stephanie is passionate about responsible real estate development and access to affordable, equitable housing. She also serves on the Indianapolis Housing Trust Fund Advisory Committee.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family, shopping, and reading.
