Thanks to a grant from the City of Indianapolis, King Park has been able to stabilize the more th100-year-oldold industrial building, restore the exterior facade, and prepare it for its second life as a commercial/retail hub at the intersection of 16th Street and the Monon Trail.

The Delaware

The Delaware offers luxury Studio, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments for rent nestled between the historic neighborhoods of Fall Creek Place and Herron-Morton. Enjoy the benefits of a residential neighborhood and the proximity to downtown Indy.

25th & Delaware St.

After negotiating for more than a year, King Park Development Corporation acquired the vacant liquor store at the corner of 25th and Delaware Streets. King Park will immediately begin re-mediating the environmental issues at the site to prepare it for redevelopment.
